County regulated Open Burning is closed as of December 1, 2024. It will reopen on March 1, 2024.
While County Open Burning is closed, individuals may still be able to burn under Montana DEQ Winter Burning regulations. Information on DEQ Winter Burning is available at: https://deq.mt.gov/air/Programs/burning.
